Hyrding provides a regulatory document creation and management platform specifically designed for life sciences companies. Our services include:

• Elemental Control: Patent-pending technology for document section management and assignment
• Directed AI: AI-powered content enhancement and research tools
• Explicit Task Management: Project coordination and workflow management tools
• Microsoft Integration: Seamless integration with Microsoft Word, Teams, and AI Copilot Studio

Our platform is designed to streamline the creation of complex regulatory documents including clinical, pre-clinical, CMC, and labeling documents for regulatory submissions.

To access certain features of our platform, you must create a user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

You may not use our platform to conduct any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others. Specifically, you may not:

• Use any automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the platform
• Attempt to make the platform unavailable through denial-of-service attacks
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

All content, software, and technology provided through the Hyrding platform, including our patent-pending Elemental Control technology, is the property of Hyrding or its licensors and is protected by copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of documents and content you create using our platform. However, you grant Hyrding a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide our services.

Our Marks: The Hyrding® trademark, logos, and service marks may not be used without our express written permission. You may not use our marks in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our platform may be used by Hyrding without restriction or compensation.

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hyrding and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our platform or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our platform ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period
• You remain liable for any unpaid fees
