Our Story

Clive Baron, our CEO, was ready for another adventure after several successful startups. With extensive experience in life sciences, Clive identified that collaboration on regulatory documentation was ripe for a comprehensive software solution that could transform how the industry works.

The regulatory writing process was ineffective and inefficient. We saw an opportunity to not just improve it, but to revolutionize it entirely through intelligent technology and seamless integration.

Clive was introduced to Janet Uetz by one of our early investors.  With her 30+ years in pharmaceutical R&D and specialized expertise in safety operations and pharmacovigilance, Janet understood exactly what was needed to solve these complex challenges.  Janet brought deep industry knowledge and innovative ideas on how the pain points of the regulatory writing process could be overcome.

To bring their vision to life, they needed someone who could serve as CTO and lead the technical development. That's when they added Dmitry Erkin, who is not only an expert in system architecture but also a leading expert in AI applications for business problems. Dmitry's extensive experience with AI/ML, security, and high-performance cloud architecture made him the perfect fit to build the sophisticated platform they envisioned.

In addition to our founding team, we are delighted to have two industry veterans as part of our advisory community: Michael Blaustein and Jackie Linse, who provide invaluable guidance and industry connections as we grow.
